Acquisition Criteria

Ashworth Partners Ltd. buys properties in North and Central America that meet the requirements of our investors. If you have a property for sale that fits the following criteria we look forward to receiving your information:

  • Minimum size: 100 units and up. Portfolios are welcomed.
  • Age: up to 35 years old.
  • Asset Class: B- or better.
  • Value Add Opportunities sought, will renovate if well located.
  • Market valuations can be achieved with skilled renovation, experienced management and/or improved marketing.
  • Minimum Occupancy: 75%. Will consider lower occupancy on properties with significant upside potential.
  • Property is undervalued compared to competitors within the sub-market.
